This superb blend is born from two fine grapes, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, French-born but now adapted to the climate of the Sicilian territory, which outlines the particular organoleptic characteristics. The production process provides for a refinement mixed for 30% in new barrels and 70% in barriques of second wine for a year, then further aged for two years in the bottle, so as to give this special wine greater wealth and a more strong personality. The colour is an intense ruby violet, the bouquet is broad, and at the same time rich in its expressions of fresh grass, blackberry, chocolate, cinnamon, coffee. Soft and comfortable, it promises a long and complex aging in the bottle.
