The origins
The history of our company dates back to the beginning of the 20th century,
with our family and its tradition for the cultivation of the most precious fruits of the Mediterranean: citrus fruits, almonds, olives, grapes... and the products derived from them.
The same one passion which can still be perceived today when visiting our crops and the historic orchards in the province of Ragusa and Syracuse, and our vineyards on Gulf of Castellamare, between Palermo and Trapani.

“Zagara & Jasmine” is the name we have chosen for our product line and food and wine specialties, because it contains the two contrasting sides of the Sicilian soul: the strong and intense one of the Zagara, the citrus flower, symbol of this island, and the sweet and delicate one, like Jasmine, the flower of the Mediterranean par excellence.
