EVO oil
The extra virgin olive oil “Zagara & Jasmine” comes exclusively from our olives selected between the best varieties, harvested by hand during the day, and cold pressed, perfectly intact, at sunset.
You get a superior oil, deep green colour and bright, fruity notes of lemon and almond scent.
The palate is soft, sweet, and clean.

A small mine of virtuè:
Polyphenols, Betacarotene, Vitamin E, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, as well as “good” fats, i.e. those that tend to monitor and balance total cholesterol.
We select the best olives of our trees,
still green and fresh, then work them whole and store them with the addition of only water and salt, without the addition of no preservatives or artificial additive.
